Princess Margarita of Romania Wedding
When the Princess married, she did not wear a tiara belonging to the Royal Family, but instead borrowed a pearl tiara from world famous jewelry firm Cartier in Paris. The tiara is made in a circle motif, with several upright pearls atop. It also features a pear shaped pearl in each circle.
The Princess wore a pair of pearl earrings and a ring to match. With a gold necklace around her neck. Her veil was made of lace, which matched the length of her train. Her veil could be a family heirloom. Possibly the same veil worn by her
mother Princess Anne of Bourbon-Parma when she married King Michael of Romania. Her dress was made of white silk. It had long sleeves, and a square neckline. The waist of the dress was well fitted, and the full length bell shaped skirt featured a train attached at the waist. Beautiful embroidery was done through out the skirt, and the waist of the dress.
The bridal bouquet was made of what looks to be lilies, roses and a purple flower.
